Feel like illustrating? ‘Breakfast’
This is my second try for this week’s subject. First I uploaded an old picture but then I felt some remorse. That’s not really playing fair in my eyes… So I went back and erased it. And as I was lying in my bed on this lazy sunday morning I kept getting all these funny associations with breakfast.
When you think of it, how we start the day probably does tell a lot about us.
I started wondering.. how does Obama take his breakfast? On a hometrainer? What would Angela Merkel prefer, muesli or croissants? And the new CEO of BP?
Then I cut a stamp and colored it in Photoshop.
And I hope you agree with me that it needed the text.

Early each morning our cat sits in front of our bedroom door waiting for us to make a sound.
I mean real early.
Sound = food.
Sleep = quiet.

This week’s drawing is not very original, I am afraid, but the cat on the breakfast table is a true scene of our daily life!
PS. My son just rightly pointed out to me that the cat would indeed be clumsy NOT to drink the milk too..
